So, Himanshu Jangra has been fired…

Pranit More has deactivated his Instagram…

Fair consequences. Yes.

But, guess who completely went unscathed?

Instagram and YouTube.

How?

Well, for at least last two months, both Instagram and YouTube pushed More’s content high on their feeds.

More’s content, primarily crowd work, has always had misogynist and misandrist content.

The decision to…

talk about it (Jangra)…

to record and hit publish (More)…

and an AI algorithm to push it across the network…

was all intentional.

Yet, only Jangra and More paid the price for it.

Where did we hold either of the social networks accountable?
